I'm a Project Manager specialising in construction & fit out. Over four years at EB Designs I've progressed from Project Administrator to Project Manager, building Sports Direct, USC, Flannels, GAME and Everlast stores from design through to opening day.
I own the programme, the budget and the contractor teams — typically five or more trades per site — and I'm the client's single point of contact from kick-off to handover. My focus is simple: keep the programme certain, hold the quality bar high, and open every store right first time.

Coordinate 5+ contractor trades per site alongside suppliers, designers and consultants.
Run procurement and supplier packages to keep the programme moving and costs in check.
Plan ahead, identify risk early and solve problems on site before they hit the programme.
Act as primary contact for all clients, building trust and aligning delivery to business goals.
Uphold H&S and quality on every site — managing inspections and snagging through to completion.
Deliver across the UK and Ireland, managing logistics and access for live and new-build sites.
Day-to-day toolkit for planning, reporting and coordination.
